Garmin Express launch opens 2 windows

Garmin,

again since the GE version 7.11.1.0 is live an exercie is uploaded but in Connect the 7-day training laod is NOT updated accordingly. It requires connection of the Garmin device (in this case Edge1030+) with the USB-cable to the PC/laptop to get a (sort of) proper update of the 7-day training load.

This issue appears every time a version x.x.1.0 is set live. This P1 issue is also reported a couple of times earlier, not only by me!, but you keep on using the SW branch with this P1 issue. Fix this for once and for all.

Hereunder the screendumps for versions

  • 7.5.0.0
  • 7.7.1.0
  • 7.10.0.0
  • 7.11.1.0

7.5.0.0 : GE opens double and got a blank screen when trying to get 4 weeks 7-day training load page

7.7.1.0 : Opens double but 1st time that 4 weeks, 6 months & 1 year pages were visible, only not updated

 

7.10.0.0 : Update of 4 weeks 7-day training load graph not automatically, only after connecting device via USB and GE

7.11.1.0 : only syncs by  device connecting via USB-cable and GE which opens double again!

GET THIS  P1 bug fixed for once and for all and test SW properly before it is set live!

All times a version x.x..0.0 or x.x.1.0 this issue appears. It's also reported many times!

    Hello Garmin,

    since today Garmin Express 7.11.1.0. doesn't open double anymore BUT.....now the 7-Day Training Load doesn't update at all !

    Not via wifi upload, not via connecting the device via USB to the PC/laptop NO UPDATE AT ALL.

    See the screendumps hereunder:

     

    Figure a: GE opens once and shows full synchronisation

    Figure b: despite the excercise of March 13th clearly visible (the blue bar on the far right), it's clearly not added to the training load in the graph with the green bar !

    Garmin....what the f*** have you done to the URLs and further SW that the training data is again, for the 'umptied' time, completely screwed up!

    FIX this a.s.a.p. and without destroying other basic functionalities please!!
