Version 7.11.1.0 now available

I was offered version 7.11.1.0 when I opened version 7.11.0.0. It was not a forced update. I installed it. No info yet in release notes above.

After opening Garmin Express, I got a prompt to update to 7.11.1.0. But when I get to the "License" page of the installer, I receive the following message and am unable to proceed.

403 Forbidden

Request forbidden by administrative rules.

I am seeing the same. Uninstalled GE and now same problem on reinstall attemp. Checked Library for residual Garmin files of which there are non. Talked to Garmin Support who believe it's my Macbook.

After the update was offered, I let it install. Since I have only Communicating error with our server message. :-(

Un-Installing Garmin-Express, deleting registry entries (CCleaner) and reinstallating Garmin-Express seemed to have solver the problem. After reconnecting the watch, and gone through the "setup" the server-error message was gone.
Very strange, before 7.11.1 I had no issues.
