Garmin etrex 30x

Hello, I have a garmin etrex 30x and it has topo active 2015 installed, I connect to the garmin express and it does not show me the maps so that I can upgrade to a newer version, why does this happen?

Does your device come with a lifetime maps update? If not that's why.

I do not know if this is true, but it could be a possible explanation. Thanks for the reply.

You could also download free OSM maps from Freizeitkarte if you want an updated map.
