Nuvi 2797 Update lost voice command.

Just updated every thing and during the map install Express shows a red bar and states that there was an error. The map is on the sd card but when you try to use voice commands to (for example) find a place it states "This feature is not available for united states in american english."

How can I install without getting the error and get voice commands back. Installing to a 16 gig card.

Fixed it!!!!! Did the hail mary and formatted the unit. Installed voice files and updates through express and re-installed the map. Guessing something got corrupted during the 1st update.

After formatting the device, it was still recognized by Garmin Express afterwards? That surprises me quite a bit. I am also very surprised that the internal memory of your 2797 had 5 GB of free memory.
