Thumbnails Missing in GE 7.10.0.0

I opened up GE version 7.10.0.0 and the thumbnails for my Edge 1000 and Vivoactive 3 Music are missing. I think this is a recent thing as it has only just happened.

Is there a cache that I need to delete or what do I need to do to get them back?

The icon is a PNG file located in C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Devices\<device>.named device.png where <device> is a ten-digit number.

Graphical glitch in Garmin Express I guess. The software shows several glitches after the recent update.

I still get this issue on Version 7.11.0.0

From another thread about the same problem it could have been the update to 7.10.0.0 that corrupted these files

Removing the device from Express and adding it again should see the corrupted file replaced.

You could replace the corrupt device.png file with a good copy but where you could find one is another matter.

I followed Scillonian's post above on the Edge 1000 which displayed the image again, but the Vivoactive 3M automatically generated the image so I didn't need to remove and add again.

Maybe GE checks the file status and replaces if corrupted.
