Cannot use Garmin Express on Win 10

I've just downloaded the most recent version of Garmin Express but it seems that it does not cover Win10, it only goes up to 8. Is there a fix for this?

I definitely works on Windows 10. I have been using it since Windows 10's inception without any problems. Ensure that ALL the updates for your operating system is installed, especially the .NET framework…

According to Garmin's website, there requirements is Windows 7 SP1 and above:

Windows®

Windows 7 SP1 or newer, Microsoft .NET 4.5.2 (included)
1024 x 768 display, USB port and 1 GB RAM
High speed Internet access (Not for use with dial-up, mobile or satellite connections)
May require up to 20 GB free disk space
