garminexpress wont open

All I get is the initial splash screen, and then nothing beyond that. I have uninstalled and reinstalled (Windows10) with no difference.

Did you do the full uninstall? Then reinstall using the download from the official Garmin web site - https://www.garmin.com/en-US/software/express/windows/
