error "no action taken as a system reboot required"

Hi,

I cannot remove Garmin express from my Window 10 laptop. When I try I get the error "no action taken as a system reboot required" obviously I have rebooted my machine many times. It was suggested that I try an update and then uninstall but all that did was add another program in my program list in control panel. I really need to free up space on my hard drive and seeing I no longer own a Garmin device I need these 5 programs gone! Can you help?

There is a manual "End Task" on Windows Update Service that might need to be done. It's in these directions - Full Uninstall of Garmin Express/Garmin Express Fails to Uninstall
