Have uninstalled and reinstalled garmin express 7.10 (latest) from garmin website installed 3× but now will not load at all. Windows 8.1 pro. All was working just fine in the older version express for fenix 3, edge 820 and garmin scales. However it could not see fenix 6x Sapphire in the old version. Hence the uninstall, reinstall. Even installed new garmin usb drivers, no luck.
Garmin mobile connect for Android (with latest update) is working well watch has registered and with all the data reporting well. Can't access express for a watch software update which it says it need. Pretty useless as it is, disappointed and thinking to take it back for a full refund, Garmin doesn't seem to respond, chat is closed, and I noticed there are a lot of people who have the same problem. Has any one on this forum answers?
