How to safely delete Garmin map data?

Garmin map data is taking up 7 G on my computer. How can I safely delete all this data? I don't need map data on the computer but on the Garmin devices where it resides. Thanks.

C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Downloads\Map\Map_Map.NA.2022.10\rmu\na\2022_10 <---- this is where the 7 gig is living.

You can delete that without issue

Thanks a lot. That's what I figured, but what if I was wrong. I'm excited to get 7 gig back.
