Version 7.10.0.0 now available

Version 7.10.0.0 was offered when I opened Garmin Express version 7.9.1.0. It was not a forced update but I installed it. No info in release notes yet.

Garmin 7.10.0.0 doesn't recognize any of my garmin devices; they will not connect

I need to roll back to 7.9.0.0 but havent fout out how to roll it back
