My Garmin nuvi 3597LM not responding to update my Garmin express

Hi,

I have Garmin DriveLuxe 50 ( Lifetime Maps) and Garmin nuvi 3597LM.

I connect both to Garmin express one by one.

the first one I updated it successfully ( system and maps ) , the other one - nuvi 3597LM - not responding to update through Garmin express.

I try many time to change the cable, without respond only charging.

could you please advise me how o solve this issue.

also I have old model of Garmin device do you have plane to change the old device with new one with paying the deference.

your support id highly appreciated.

First, often a problem like the one you describe can be resolved by switching your nuvi to mass storage mode from the default mtp mode. See here for further help www.poi-factory.com/.../41416

Second, there is no 'buy back' scheme for older models.
