Garmin Express blocking

I downloaded and installed Garmin Express release 7.8.1.0.regularly but when I ran it there was a big problem. Garmin Express identifies my navigator but in the following page does not appear a "continue" or" next" button and so it is impossible to complete any eventual update of the software or of the maps. I have disinstalled ed reinstalled Garmin Express but no change has occurred. Someone may help me ? Thank you in advance.

Could you send a screenshot of what you're seeing or not seeing? Is it anything like this?

In the first picture you see that the navigator is correctly recognized : clicking on "aggiungi dispositivo" we have the second picture where in the bottom right corner appear nothing to click to continue the update process. Clicking on "Informazioni sulla privacy nelle email" all the conditions are displayed but there is no button to click to return to Garmin Express. In your tutorial about maps update in picture 2 appear in the right bottom corner a button to continue. I have disinstalled and reinstalled the software but notingh change. How can i solve this ugly problem ' thanks in advance.
