Can't install Garman Express v7.8.1 on Windows 7, 64bit

So frustrating! Tried installing several times.I've done everything in FAQ and still won't work. I've tried Microsofts program also that was recommended to fix registry keys and that didn't work either. When we had it 7 years ago, it worked perfectly. Yes we got rid of old install too. We tried everything! Help please!!!

From other forum posts about recent versions of Garmin Express on Windows 7 you need to have .NET 4.8 installed. Apparently this does not automatically install so you will have to do it manually.
