Garmin 530 not connecting to USB

Garmin 530 not found Garmin Express and not identified as USB mass storage device by windows.

Tried multiple cables

Tried multiple USB ports

Tried multiple computers

Tried holding lap button on restart (did not appear to stay in mass storage mode)
