Great North Run - Corrupt File

I did the Great North Run yesterday and my FIT file won't upload. Neither Garmin Express or Strava (manual file upload) accept the FIT file. I've tried using Fit File Repar Tool, but can't download the files, as it's a work computer.

Could anyone help fix my file?

I've had this problem now 2 or 3 times with my Garmin Forerunner 25. Is this a sign to replace it?

If you've already done the normal maintenance (see below), then yes. The Forerunner 25, 30, and 35 have chronic issues…

After verifying that everything has synced, remove the files in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder on the device’s file system using these directions: Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
Avoid excessive button presses such as pausing during your activity. If you need to pause frequently during your run, consider turning on auto pause
Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express
If issues with corrupt files persist, contact Garmin Support

Thank you so much, that worked brilliantly. I've wiped the activity a few times - I guess it's time to invest in some new kit. Thanks again
