Error Syncing Ride to Strava/Garmin express Garmin 810

Hello,

Please could someone help fix my file. It wont allow me to sync this:

2021-09-08-17-46-52.fit

Keep getting an error message on garmin express. Apparently an unsupported file. Im not even able to click into the ride on the device. (Garmin edge 810)

Pleeeeeease help

7500026, I'm getting "Page Not Found" on your fit file. Did you zip it first?

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
