Version 7.8.1.0 now available

Version 7.8.1.0 offered when I opened version 7.8.0.0. Had a choice to install now or not install now. I installed it. Info is in release notes above.

Neither 7.1.0.0 nor 7.8.0.0 will open on my Windows 10 set-up. Each time I have had to revert to 6.21.0.0
