After Express says its finished - the overlander is stuck saying "Updating"

I fact reset the overlander and made sure I was on current firmware and had to reload City Navigator NT. Well,,, the express part went smoothly. Then the Overlander went to "updating" and has not progressed. I am at 2 hrs now..
