map update

I have HXEU016R Mediterranean Southeast map my version is 2020.0

Now there is an update on the map 2021.50 and it keeps asking me 65 USD for the update

Could you please let me know why would i pay this ?

I am asking this to learn if this is worth buying the update? Whats the difference in between these????
