GE 7.7 Problems

GE 7.7 not recognizing my Fenix 6. Almost like the software is not recognizing the USB connection.

Help.

Confirm poor device recognition rate and failure to open when attempting to manually start the programme (v7.7), normally fixed by a restart of the PC.

I have reverted to v7.5 again!
