Vivoactive 3M IS NOT recognised by Version 7.7.0.0

Just updated to Version 7.7.0.0 and now my Vivoactive 3M is recognised.

Please investigate and fix

Same issue here with a Fenix 6 pro.

i think i have the same issue with a Fenix 6x .

It shows on explorer the connection, but does not connect with Express.

Is there a known bug in this version. ?

sorry... i missunderstood... it does NOT connect with 7.7.0.0 !!

Same here, it shows connected by Windows but NOT in Express

I updated my GE to 7.7 on Thursday and have the same issue with my 6 pro . My edge 530 is fine.

Have done all the usual tricks, reinstall, restart, etc now can't even add the 6 pro as a new device. Laptop shows it as a drive, will charge, etc, but nothing with GE.

Connected the 6 pro via my girlfriends laptop running GE 7.5 and no problem at all, full sync and map updates.

Must be a bug with 7.7

Strange how it’s only affecting some devices?? My edge explorer is ok as well.

Are your problems fixed with the new version 7.7.1.0?

Don't know, don't think 7.7.1.0 is available yet.
