Garmn express finds my device but won’t add it

Hi, I have the following error while try to add a new device

I've solved the issue using the following sequence:

Unistall garmin express for window

manually delete the following folder under C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Local

Garmin

Garmin_Ltd._or_its_subsid

manually delete the folloqing folder: C:\ProgramData\Garmin

reboot

reinstall latest version of garmin express

Thanks! This is assuming the app at the latest version. Currently 7.7.0.0, which has resolved some of these issues, but not for everyone.
