Purchased "Cycle Map Europe" downloaded and installed but "Ready to activate" stays.

I purchased "Cycle Map Europe", connected Garmin Edge 810 with empty SD card, started Garmin Express, downloaded and installed maps, but "Ready to activate" stays.

If I click on "Ready to Activate" nothing stays. I also have notification about older maps (2018 I think) which I used till few days ago, but there is no such status.

I believe that "Ready to Activate" is status for new maps?

How do I fix this "Ready to Activate" problem/notification?

I don't have option to enter any code except for "voucher code" which I don't have. Button "Ready to Activate" is non responsive i.e. clicking on it has no effect. Actually - it looks like it is disabled, no feedback on attempt to click on it.

Did you not get a code when you purchased the map? If not you need to call Garmin

There is only order ID but no Voucher or any other code. When I bough it I received email with link to click and that link opened Garmin Express on my PC.

Then you'll need to call Garmin, unlikely anyone here can resolve it.
