cyclops update

Having just purchased a garmin xt  - it showed two updates 

1. map update and a cyclops update

the map update installed fine but the cyclops update just keeps saying error installing 

I have checked via the express app in purchased and cyclops europe is there with a download cloud - clicking results in installation error

I have disconnecte dthe unit and restartyed it and connected back to Express app and it still shows cyclops update but will not install

Any suggestions

    I own a Garmin Drive 61 and experiencing the same problem updating Cyclops Europe.

    I have this same problem.
    I buy cyclops for Europe, but I'm unable to install them. I follow all steps from the help desk without success. I plan to start visa chargeback for this.

    I have a Driver 51 and have been getting the same message for the past three days.

    Also DriveSmart 55 has this problem; and this is not the first time.  It is not to believe that Garmin is'nt  able to create a decent update-program.

    It seems to me that Garmin never reads the complaints. This will be my last Garmin.

    Have the same problem I cannot install the cyclops safety cameras....don't know what to do

    In the meanwhile I have updated the cyclops. I do really not know if is only by coincidence, but after I connected my Garmin it gives the message " cancel or continue". First I pressed always immediately " continue". After that it always went wrong. Then, the next effort was doing nothing and wait until the count of seconds was ended,. Then I Used the Garmin application and choose update. That was successful.

    Perghaps the same coicidence as  reported but tried to update as described by Garmin and it failed again. :(
    Then tried to update by card details and suddenly it was working as hoped for.

    I guess Garmin has updated their change process.
    Wat will it be next time...????

    got the error installing Cyclops, checked the EXPRESS LOG:

    There is an MD5-Comparison failed. "Expected: 231593 actual: 230956"

    Thats an error in the data consistens, anybody can install Cyclops Europe?
