Safety Camera renewal

For the first time for a while I am trying to renew my UK Safety Cameras through Express.7.5.0.0 for my nuvi 2545.

When I get to the Review phase of the order, I click  Continue to Payment and get the message:

Sorry, we cannot process orders at this time. Please try again later. for my nuvi

I have now tried on several days, with the same result.

Anyone else having success or problems with this?

  • Yes, been trying to update safety data for my camper model for several months now with the same error.

  • Are you trying to update the Camera data - or like me trying to give them money to renew the subscription so I can then try the actual update process?

    Has anyone reported this to Garmin? I would - but  cannot, as we leave home tomorrow morning for a while ... without any up-to-date camera data, as I can find no other way to renew my subscription, except via the broken Express.

  • I have updated Express from 7.5.0.0 to 7.7.0.0 and I have now managed to both subscribe to UK Safety Cameras, and install them on my 2545.
