Workaround Garmin Expess 7.6.0.0 and 7.5.0.0 issues

To workaround to resolve the not being able to connect isues or the not being able to install maps on your PC.

Goto https://garmin-express.en.uptodown.com/windows/versions

download 7.4.1.0, Un-install the current 7.6.0.0 or the Release that has been reactivated 7.5.0.0.

Reboot PC Install 7.4.1.0 and revoke the update request when Garmin Express starts, add your device, and do your thing!

Tested and proven to work on a DriveSmart 61

I'd installed 7.5.0.0 but it won't let me add device (my Approach S20), just told me to contact customer support. Customer Support said this is an issue with .5.0.0 that they are aware of and working on a fix and for me to keep trying back in future weeks. I seen this string and uninstalled 7.5.0.0 and installed 7.4.1.0 and it added my device and I'm back in business. I'll be reluctant to update in the future, if it's not broke don't mess with it, lol.
