Garmin Express for Windows v 7.6 removed?

It appears that Garmin Express 7.6 (Windows) is no longer available. My PC with 7.5 showed it to be the latest version. I then uninstalled 7.5, downloaded GE Windows straight from Garmin and it installed 7.5 and no update to 7.6 is available. I then uninstalled GE 7.6 from another PC, downloaded GE for Windows straight from Garmin and it installed 7.5 with no message that an update to 7.6 is available.

Does anyone have insight into what's going on?

If I had to guess, I'd say fixes within the update were not worth the issues it caused.
