Garmin express V7.5.0.0 won't sign in on Windows 10

Just got myself a brand spanking new Dell Inspiron with windows 10. Trying to get Garmin express to work so I can update all my Garmin devices (Forerunner 245, Edge 830 and antiquated sat nav!)

I can download the programme and install it, it will find a device i.e. forerunner 245 but then asks me to sign in and then the page just stops!

Express worked fine on my old laptop which was as antiquated as my sat nav!

I am no IT expert but can find my way around an install! What am I doing wrong?

Is this the issue you're having with a blank page? This thread contains a potential workaround until you can update to 7.6 - Blank screen when signing in to Garmin account

Version 7.6.0.0 fixes the login issue you describe.

I did this but it says that version 7.5.0.0. is the up to date version and does not give me an option to update to a different version.

This workaround worked for me! I have been struggling with this for days! Thank you SO MUCH
