Why are Garmin Marine Apps so NOT user-friendly?
So as an IT Software guy, Garmin your Marine Apps are so outdated
So I want a new marine map, here's what I had to do
Step 1: Drive to the marina and go to my boat and retrieve my boats SDD card
Step 2: Drive home
Step 4: Load Garmin Express and buy Map
Step 5: download map onto my boats SDD card
Step 6: Drive to the marina and go to my boat and reinstall my boats SDD card
Step 7: Register the new Map for my Garmin Chartplotter device
Step 8: Drive home with my boats SDD card
Step 9: Download new High-Resolution Relief Shading data in Active Captain
Step 10: Drive to the marina and go to my boat and replace my boats SDD card
Step 11: Drive home
Ok if I had a laptop and Tablet and decent wifi at the marina I could have skipped some steps but My marina in UK sucks too.
