Cannot pair 910xt on a new PC

Hello. I have a Garmin 910xt that successfully pairs to my old PC. I am replacing it with a new PC, on which I have installed the latest version of Garmin Express. However, my 910xt fails to pair on the new PC. Any suggestions for how to resolve?

I have a 310XT which works fine with the latest Garmin Express version 7.6. There have been reports of various devices not working after upgrading. Suggest opening a case with Garmin Support. Meanwhile, assuming it's a different version, you might try downgrading to the version you have on your old PC. Hopefully you can locate the installation file on our old PC.
