Using Amazom music on Forerunner 645 through Android Tablet

How do I use Amazon music on my Forerunner 645 when I do not have a PC or Android that runs Windows to use Garmin express?

When I use Connect mobile it just says that Amazon and Spotify are not available without updating my software through Garmin Express. As I do not have a PC or run Windows on my Android I cannot see how to update.
