Impossible to sync and save the activities on garmin connect and on local hard drive
This was due to a security setting change. Right click on your Garmin device, then select "Remove From Express."
Then add it back so you are prompted to enter your Garmin account credentials.
Great! I did it as you said. I removed the device from Express then reinstall it again. It's works
