Brand new out of box.

Map 2019.10

Will not update any newer maps! WHY?

Why buy a new GPS and only can only use maps that are 3 years old?

Lots of roads have changed in the last 3 years, quite disgruntled with this.

How are you trying to update? Where does it fail?

It doesnt fail, just says garmn is already has latest map update

Which map? If its CN EU or CN NA then likely an account issue, you'll need to contact Product Support or the retailer.

chat support told me there is an issue with map update and should have new maps out in June.
