Hello everyone!
The seller has replaced my HU 3 times and still appears red banner message "there was an error installing the update" when I try to update the map with Express. When the progress bar reaches 50% (validating map) it doesn't copy anything into the USB pen drive ... The log file describes a deserialization error. Honda contacted Garmin but they failed to fix the problem, apparently. My maps are old as of 2018 and there seems to be no way to fix it. I am desperately looking for a solution personally through you, friends of the forum. Thanks in advance for your help!
