cant pay for map updates

I am attempting to purchase a map update through Garmin express. When I get to the checkout screen i received an error message stating that they are unable to activate the purchase at this time due to a server error:

Had exactly the same issue. Spoke to Garmin who tried to be helpful but nothing they suggested worked.

They did send me that. My issue now is when I go to pay it says not processing orders at this time please try later.
