Just got a new Garmin drive 5 pro, registered the device and updated the maps but the cyclops europe will not install keep getting the dreaded " there was an error installing the update" the drive 5 pro comes with lifetime updates for both maps and traffic (cyclops) but i am unable to get this to work.
Any ideas
I have called Garmin and filled out the send report but not heard anything back is there anything else i can try while im waiting?
