Go to Settings then About to check that you're on the latest version, which is currently 7.4.2.0. If your device is seen as a drive when connected to your computer, yet Garmin Express won't see it, suggest contacting Garmin Support. If you're in North America and use the "chat" option, they typically respond even during the weekends.
