Map updates

Hi, I have 2 devices, a Nubia 3760 and a smartdrive50,

after downloading loading  Garman Express onto a new pc and signing in my devices are showing up, but when selecting either device the option to update maps doesn’t come up, they haven’t been updated for a long time, so would think should be available. Both devices have lifetime maps.

  • I'd first try deleting the devices from Express then re-add them to see if that helps. How long is it since you updated them? Garmin may simply have removed them from the database if you haven't updated them in the past 2 years so you might need to call Product Support for help
