Garmin Express doesn't start after updating 7.4.2.0

Garmin Express doesn't start anymore after installing the software updat 7.4.2.0. Anyone suggestions what to do?

Uninstall then reinstall. Mine opened ok.

If you've been regularly syncing your activities, they are saved on Garmin Connect Web - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities.

If you're missing activities because Garmin Express isn't working, you can do a manual upload from your Garmin device using these instructions - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

Compared to complaints about issues with the updates that immediately preceded this one, my impression is that 7.4.2.0 seems relatively clean and stable. Am I correct?
