No connection between Garmin Devices & Garmin Express ("Anforderungsfehler"

Hi at all,

since yesterday I'm not able to sync my Edge 520 with my Garmin Express on my Windows 10 Notebook.

Same happend with my vivoactive 3 and my old vivosmart HR+.
Everything went well since last week. I didn't change anything on the devices or on the Garmin Express Client.

Also the Edge 520 is no longer able to sync with my NOKIA 7+ via Bluetooth.
Same here: last week everything seems to be well.

Maybe it's caused by the timechange last weekend? I'm not sure but I think I can remember a similiar issue some years ago...
