Garmin Express sync with Forerunner 410

I have got a forerunner 410. My Operating System is Windows 10.

I can upload activities from the watch using Garmin Express but I can't send training sessions to the watch. I cleared all the data on the watch. I erased the sync folder on the computer. Nothing works.

Any help would be appreciated :-).
