Garmin Express forcing updates despite device updates set to never

Why is Garmin still forcing us to update and installing the update on to the device without permission. 

My express update schedule is set to never. I would like to read change log before I update. 

Stop forcing updates as they could be buggy.

    Updates cannot be forced unless you allow them. The only time you have to accept an update if you wish to use Express is when Garmin deem it a critical update, then you have to accept the update if you wish to proceed.

    I set Auto Update to Off on my Forerunner 945, however Garmin Express uploads a new SW to my watch without any notification and confirmation. It is wrong behavior. Garmin Express should not upload SW automatically if it disabled on the device. Moreover due to such behaviour it is not possible to update Apps, because it requires to disconnect the device before continuing - SW and Apps can’t be updated simultaneously.
