Sync Error on new Laptop

I have a new laptop and have installed Garmin Express however I am unable to sync correctly.

Garmin Express is set up on the new laptop and my Forerunner 10 is linked. When I go to sync I get the error message. New running activities seem to update into Garmin Connect but I think the issue might be with the records as it deletes the 1k best effort and longest distance from my Forerunner 10. 

However, if I go back to my old laptop my Forerunner 10 syncs no problems and updates it back with the 1k best efforts and longest distance records from Garmin Connect.

I've uninstalled Garmin Express and re-installed it.
