Garmin Express v7.4.0

this version made my ANT stick inactive. Had to back out to version 7.3.1 to restore. Will avoid 7.4.0 for now.

Probably a good idea if things are working as is. However, I was able to use my ANT stick with the latest version to add Forerunner 310XT to Garmin Express.
