'Garmin express quit unexpectedly'

After running Garmin Express for many years, after upgrading to the latest version the following message suddenly pops up on my screen: 'Garmin express quit unexpectedly'. Of course after sending the crash report by clicking on the 'send' button Garmin never anwsers gives any feed back a always. Tried ALL the solutions I could find on the Garmin Website. Didn't help.

Having the same problem here. Indeed: the file is empty. What should be in there? Any chance we can fake the info?

If none of this helps, have you tried contacting Garmin using the product support site? https://support.garmin.com

Depending on your country, you'll have options to chat, call, or email.

Some information... Thanks, but most people have already tried these 'solutions'. So did I of course, but these tips are just worthless standard 'trial and error' solutions, and not specific crash report problem solvers. Why do you think there are crash reports...? Well, I don't have a clue. I have not found ANY response to my uploaded crash reports, let alone what causes the problems. Garmin Express still does't work.

Why does Garmin not give a specific analyses and solution? They don't care.

Have you tried contacting Garmin using the product support site? https://support.garmin.com

And I don't mean by sending a crash report, which may or may not be going to the recipient you think it's going to. In most cases software developers don't respond directly to the user when they receive these crash reports. It's used for the developers to see the statistics of their apps and help with future updates.
