Version 7.3.1.0 now available

Version 7.3.1.0 available. I was given the option of install now or don't install now.

    Cannot uninstall Garmin Express either.

    I just had the same issue - error stating it 'cannot be installed on this computer'.  (5x in a row) I was able to work around by right clicking the shortcut to my current installation and "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR".  I then chose to update and it worked fine.   

    This did not work for me, I got the UAC prompt with the installer, but it would still fail

    Uninstalled old version using the tool and ran the full installer and this worked. Thanks!
