nuviCam LM software not updating to 3.7

Hi,

I have a nuviCam LM device and its sowtware version is 3.01

I tried to update it through Garmin Express but it is not updating. I also tried the webupdater but again it is not updating. In the webupdater, it is telling me that the uptade software is corrupted.

I have reset all the user settings but again it didn't work. I need urgent help to update my naviCam.

Have you updated Express to the latest version? If so delete your device from Express then re-add it. This normally cures any issues.

You mention software corrupted and Webupdater, which is an outdated program and shouldn't be used. See here

Did not work for me
