Sign on screen won't load

Got a new laptop with Windows 10. Downloaded latest version of Garmin Express. It recognises my device ok and asks me to sign in but the sign on screen won't load properly. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted & run as Administrator to no avail. I can't find anything in my MS Edge settings that would be blocking it.

Same issue here. Too bad Garmin is one of the few players. Garmin really doesn't deserve to be in business with their hardware quality issues and software incompetency.
