The watch is not being detected by my Windows 10 laptop, no matter how many times i reconnect it. What do I do?
Clean the cable ends and the watch contact points with surgical spirits or sanitiser with at least 70% alcohol. Use a cotton ear bud for best results. Wet the one with the surgical spirits (I used the sanitiser spray). Apply to the contact points and dry with the other end of the cotton bud.
This worked for me.
